The building which covers a utility area of 400 m2 is split into 3 levels (playroom – main entrance/kitchen/dinning room/sitting room - bedrooms) interlinked with a reinforced concrete staircase and an elevator.
The main entranceway crosses an iron bridge at the top of the site.
In front of the playroom, a swimming pool with a bar and a barbecue is constructed, while the parking lot is one level below.
The building’s ground floor is clad with 3-cm-thick stone and the first floor with aged copper sheets.
